Our website serves as an informational resource and lead generation platform. It does not constitute a binding offer of services. All service engagements are formalized through signed agreements.

Client Work Product: Upon full payment of fees, clients receive a license to use deliverables as specified in their Service Agreement. Underlying methodologies, frameworks, tools, and reusable components remain the property of Econetworks.

You must not transmit any content that is unlawful or harmful, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or mirror any part of the Site without permission, impersonate Econetworks or any individual, or upload viruses or malware.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Econetworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
